At Shred Like a Girl, we're committed to growing the female mountain bike community and want to encourage and motivate more women to enter mountain bike events. A big part of our vision is to actively support those already in the sport and progress female riding.

What bike disciplines do you ride? Mostly pumptrack, but I love to ride (trick-)jumps and skateparks as well

What's your go to local riding spot? Pumptrack Watersley in Sittard, the Netherlands

Favourite place to ride? Don't really have a favorite, every spot has it's charms

Favourite bike event to attend? The Redbull Pumptrack qualifiers!

What advice would you give to someone starting out in racing? Don't push yourself too hard in the beginning, always remember why you want to do it and have fun while you're at it!

What bike disciplines do you ride? MTB, Dirt Jumping, and BMX Freestyle 

What's your go to local riding spot? Ooh there's a few, I'm very lucky to live where I do in North Wales. Within 10 minutes from my house there's some awesome dirt jumps and downhill spots and for BMX my local skatepark is Deeside 

Favourite place to ride? It's so hard to choose one! Revs, Farmer Johns, Llandegla, Junction 4 Skatepark, Adrenaline Alley and Graystone 

Favourite bike event to attend? Malverns Classic and Project Evolve 

What advice would you give to someone starting out in racing? Have fun, train hard and have a growth mindset....never give up ✨️

What bike disciplines do you ride? Enduro, downhill and dirt jumping

What's your go to local riding spot? Phoenix Cycleworks and Twisted Oaks Bike Park

Favourite place to ride? Phoenix Cycleworks

Favourite bike event to attend? Any downhill/enduro races

What advice would you give to someone starting out in racing? Try it and give it a go, have fun and bring sweets!
